Elias made his return tonight on Raw with a new look, claiming that he’s not Elias, but Elias’s younger brother, Ezekiel.
He interrupted a Kevin Owens promo in the ring and when Owens accused him of being Elias, he said, “I am not Elias. I am Elias’s younger brother. The name is Ezekiel.”
Owens got annoyed and gave him until the count of 10 to leave the ring, then counted to 10, but Ezekiel didn’t leave, so Owens walked out of the ring himself.
Elias last wrestled in July of last year. In August, WWE aired vignettes where he was burning his guitar, but nothing came of them until now. There were rumors that WWE was looking to repackage him with a new character, and those plans have finally come to fruition.
