Big E posted an update on his broken neck on Twitter, indicating that he’s still a while away from returning.
Update! My C1 isn’t ossifying (forming bone) quite yet. The current plan is to get more scans at the one year mark & see how it’s progressing. The great news is I feel tremendous & surgery is off the table.

Big E suffered the injury on the March 11 SmackDown after taking a belly to belly suplex on the outside, so it’s been almost four months.
He was able to take off his neck brace last month.
A couple of weeks ago, he posted a video demonstrating his neck’s current range of motion and saying that people don’t need to worry about him.
