As noted before, David Finlay recently announced on Twitter that he would be revealing a new member of his Bullet Club group at Saturday’s Capital Collision 2023 event for New Japan Pro Wrestling in Washington, D.C.
Following his match and victory over AR Fox at the event, Finlay gave a post-match promo to the crowd. During his promo, Finlay called out L.A. Dojo graduate Clark Connors to come out and meet him in the ring for a talk.
After Connors entered the ring, Finlay told him that he was looking for savages for his Bullet Club group and claimed that Connors was being underutilized in New Japan while his mentor Katsuyori Shibata has been busy winning titles during his supposed retirement. Finlay then offered membership to Connor with a Two Sweet hand gesture which Connors accepted and offered a Two Sweet in return to Finlay.

Earlier in the show, Connors had attacked his tag team partner and fellow LA Dojo classmate The DKC following their loss in an 8-Man Tag Team match.
