AEW announced earlier today the full list of competitors for their upcoming 12-man Continental Classic tournament, which starts at tonight’s AEW Dynamite show and concludes at AEW Worlds End event on December 30th.
Blue Group:
- Bryan Danielson
- Andrade El Idolo
- Brody King
- Claudio Castagnoli
- Daniel Garcia
- Eddie Kingston
Gold Group:
- Jon Moxley
- Swerve Strickland
- RUSH
- Mark Briscoe
- Jay Lethal
- Jay White
Three Gold Group tournament matches were also announced for tonight’s AEW Dynamite show, which are:
- RUSH vs. Jay White
- Swerve Strickland vs. Jay Lethal
- Jon Moxley vs. Mark Briscoe
Two Blue Group tournament matches were also announced for this Saturday’s AEW Collision show, which are:
- Daniel Garcia vs. Claudio Castagnoli
- Eddie Kingston vs. Brody King
All tournament matches were announced to feature a 20-minute time limit with 3 points given for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss. The other rules for the tournament include nobody is allowed to be at ringside for a competitor nor will any outside interference be allowed in any tournament match.
