As noted before, Natalya recently signed a new contract with WWE. Prior to her signing, Natalya’s contract with the company had been set to expire very soon.
Fightful Select reported that their sources confirmed PWInsider’s Mike Johnson’s report about Natalya signing a new contract to stay in WWE and provided additional details.
It was reported that Natalya’s new deal was completed in late June and shortly before her contract had been originally set to expire. It was also reported that Natalya’s new deal is for multiple years in length.
Natalya reportedly was adamant in her talks with WWE officials that the outside projects she is currently working on lined up with the terms of her new WWE contract.
Prior to her signing, it was reported that there had been significant interest in Natalya from other companies but the general belief was that she was always going to stay with WWE. It was reported that this belief remained even when WWE officials had learned that losing her to a competitor was a real possibility.
