Quick Match Results
- Royal Rampage match – Darby Allin won via last eliminating Claudio Caatsganoli
- The stipulation of this match was that the winner would receive a shot at the AEW World Championship at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam 2024.
- The entrants of the competitors in order were Orange Cassidy, Claudio Castagnoli, Brody King, Komander, Tomohiro Ishii, Brian Cage, The Butcher, Matt Menard, Roderick Strong, Kip Sabian, Brandon Cutler, Nick Wayne, Kyle Fletcher, Jeff Jarrett, Matt Taven, Jay Lethal, Mike Bennett, The Beast Mortos, Darby Allin, and Lio Rush.
- The final four in the match were Allin, Jarrett, Castagnoli, & Cage. After some attacks by Jarrett to Cage and Castagnoli, Hangman Adam Page ran out and attacked Jarrett laying him out and Cage tossing out of the ring. Page then left the ring and continued his attack on Jarrett as referees rushed to break it up. Claudio eliminated Cage after hitting a Neutralizer on the apron. After some more back-and-forth action, Allin locked in a Guillotine Choke to Castagnoli on the ropes while Castagnoli was on the apron and followed it with a Coffin Drop for the elimination and match victory.
- Kris Statlander defeated Leila Grey via Staturday Night Fever (pinfall)
- Lance Archer defeated local talent via Blackout (pinfall)
- Four-way Tag Team match – The Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher & RUSH) defeated Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy), The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd), and The Righteous (Dutch & Vincent) via Reverse Tombstone (pinfall)
- Fletcher pinned Floyd after hitting a Reverse Tombstone to give the victory to the Don Callis Family.
- Following the match, Fletcher & RUSH attacked Floyd as the show went to a close.
Darby Allin Wins Royal Rampage Match & Gets AEW World Title Shot for AEW Dynamite Grand Slam 2024
Friday’s taped AEW Rampage show featured Darby Allin winning the Royal Rampage match to earn a shot at the AEW World Championship at this year’s AEW Dynamite Grand Slam show.

This match featured Allin, Orange Cassidy, Claudio Castagnoli, Brody King, Komander, Tomohiro Ishii, Brian Cage, The Butcher, Matt Menard, Roderick Strong, Kip Sabian, Brandon Cutler, Nick Wayne, Kyle Fletcher, Jeff Jarrett, Matt Taven, Jay Lethal, Mike Bennett, The Beast Mortos, and Lio Rush as the competitors.
As a result of his victory, Allin will be challenging Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship match at AEW’s Dynamite Grand Slam 2024 event on September 25th at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York.
New Matches Announced for July 27th AEW Collision, July 27th Battle of the Belts XI, & July 31st Dynamite Shows
Friday’s taped AEW Rampage show also featured several new matches announced for the cards of this Saturday’s AEW Collision and Battle of the Belts XI shows at the Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas and next week’s AEW Dynamite show on July 31st at the Ben Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
In regards to this Saturday’s AEW Collision show, two new matches were announced.
The first new match announced was a singles match of The Beast Mortos vs. Hologram.
The second new match announced was a tag team match of MxM Collection (Mason Madden & Mansoor) vs. FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler).
In regards to this Saturday’s AEW Battle of the Belts XI show, one newly updated match was announced.
This newly updated match was a Vacant ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship match of The Undisputed Kingdom (Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, & Roderick Strong) vs. The Von Erichs (Marshall & Ross Von Erich) & Dustin Rhodes.
In regards to next week’s AEW Dynamite show, one new match was announced.
This new match announced was a CMLL Women’s World Championship Eliminator match of Kris Statlander vs. Willow Nightingale.
