Motor City Machine Guns Free Agency Update – Alex Shelley on MCMG Wrapping Up Their Indies Career

As noted before, The Motor City Machine Guns’ Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin’s contracts with TNA Wrestling expired at the end of this past March. The Motor City Machine Guns are currently expected to be joining WWE.

Shelley recently reflected on Instagram about MCMG’s recent matches in the indies and getting the chance to wrap up their indies career before they head to their next home for their careers.

“Sabin and I have tried to hit tons of disc golf courses on the road. It’s got so many benefits: sunlight exposure, reduction in cortisol, global rotation (a forgotten movement pattern in some circles), and it gives us a chance to utilize some higher level hand eye. We went to Beaches in Toronto before @superkickd this past weekend since we stayed the night for @demandlucha against @arez.strange and @i_am_basegod. Had a submission match against @halfbakedkid while Sabin wrestled @clutchjessiev. It’s nice to have these matches and experiences while we wrap up independents and move onto wherever our next home will be! For the record, walking and lower level effort cardio can be done to ridiculous degrees for fat loss. Beta oxidation occurs with these sub max efforts for long durations.
