As noted before, this past Saturday’s WWE Bad Blood 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia featured WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque officially revealing new Crown Jewel Championship belts and announcing that the inaugural champions will be crowned at next month’s Crown Jewel 2024 event in Saudi Arabia.
WrestleVotes Radio reported that their sources stated that WWE officials currently are planning for these new Crown Jewel champions to be strictly for their Saudi Arabia events. It was reported that it is possible that these new championships could appear on the November 4th WWE RAW show due to RAW taking place in Saudi Arabia that week but these belts are not currently scheduled to be full-time television titles.
It was reported that these new belts will be similar to winning a King of the Ring or Greatest Royal Rumble trophy type thing where you win it, you celebrate it, and then WWE moves on from it.
It was also reported that the decision for a new Crown Jewel Championship was something that Saudi officials came up with as an idea for their WWE events in the country and WWE went along making it happen.
