As noted before, Sammy Guevara has been out of action for AEW and Ring of Honor since earlier this month due to a head-related injury that was believed to have been a concussion injury.
Guevara provided an update on Twitter this past Wednesday revealing that he recently received good news and hinted he was medically cleared for an in-ring return.

Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources confirmed that Guevara has been medically cleared for an in-ring return to AEW and ROH.
