Backstage Update on Jazmyn Nyx’s Absence from May 13th WWE NXT Show

The May 13th WWE NXT show was notable for Jazmyn Nyx being noticeably absent from Fatal Influence’s involvement and tag team match on the show. No reason was given at the time for Nyx’s abscense from the show.

Fightful Select reported that their sources within WWE stated that the reason for Nyx’s recent abscense is due to her currently being sidelined from action due to an injury. Those spoken to reportedly also stated that they are currently hopeful that she will not miss too much time.

It was reported that Nyx is still with WWE despite online speculation and rumors of her being among those from WWE’s NXT brand who were recently released from the company.

Nyx last wrestled at the Countdown to Rebellion 2025 pre-show for TNA Wrestling on April 27th in Los Angeles, California.

WWE Files New ‘King Of The Luchadores’ Trademark

WWE filed a new trademark for “King of the Luchadores” on May 18th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

WWE LFG Season 2 Announced to Premiere on June 22nd

A&E announced that the second season of WWE’s WWE LFG reality competition television series will be premiering on their network on Sunday, June 22nd.

The first champions of “WWE LFG” were crowned on last night’s season one finale when Tyra Mae Steele (Team Undertaker) and Jasper Troy (Team Booker T) emerged victorious, each earning a WWE contract. Undertaker claimed the highest overall score among the coaches, securing first place and the inaugural WWE LFG title belt.
