Jimmy Hart Responds to Hulk Hogan Declining Health Rumors
Rumors of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan dealing with serious health issues have been going around online for the past month following comments made by Bubba The Love Sponge in an episode of his podcast show on June 18th. These rumors were recently denied by both Eric Bischoff and Hogan’s wife Sky and clarified Hogan’s actual health situation.
Bubba The Love Sponge continued his claims of Hogan’s deteriorating health salutation following comments he made earlier this week claiming that WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Hart had “reportedly told a close source Hogan can’t speak anymore due to trachea damage.”
Hart responded on Twitter on Wednesday denying the latest claims made by Bubba The Love Sponge.
“Hulk is doing great, doing phenomenal! Last night at karaoke with Nick was absolutely fantastic, baby!!!”

TNA Wrestling announced that Alisha Edwards was the recpient of their All Star award following this past Sunday’s Slammiversary 2025 event in Elmont, New York. TNA President Carlos Silva handed the award to Edwards in recognition of how much she contributes to the promotion in the ring and behind the scenes.
In a recent interview with the Stick To Wrestling Podcast, Eddie Edwards gave his thoughts about WWE NXT talent currently holding TNA championships and him feeling it would only be fair if TNA talent started winning NXT championships in return. Edwards stated “You know, that’s a great question (when will TNA wrestlers take NXT Titles). I think, hopefully, that does happen at some point. I think it would only be fair. But, it’s an interesting time in wrestling as a whole and especially with this relationship because, you know, you don’t know what’s gonna happen and so I think at Slammiversary, people thought they knew who was gonna walk out the champion and that didn’t happen, you know what I mean? So, probably a lot of people were upset and pissed and I get that but I think, for us, it’s just about telling a story and getting people to tune in and I think we have a real interesting scenario with NXT versus TNA and I think over time, I think could keep growing and growing into some big payoff or big battle but, we’ll see how that goes down the road.” (Transcript h/t: Fightful.com)
