At the start of the show, a tribute was held in the ring featuring members of the NXT roster and NXT officials standing for a speech by NXT announcer Vic Joseph that was followed by a ten bell salute. These jump scares clips flashed during the Charlie Dempsey vs. Tavion Height match and then later during the Lash Legend vs. Fallon Henley match on the show.

Later in the show, another Hendry jump scare flashed during the NXT North American Championship match between Santino Marella and “All Ego” Ethan Page.

Jax then tossed Legend back into the ring leading to Henley hitting a Fameasser for the pinfall victory.

Following the match, Jax resumed her attack on Legend and laid her out with an Annihilator.
