Jake Something TNA Contract Status Update

Following his Six-Man Tag Team match at TNA’s Slammiversary 2025 event, Jake Something recently removed “TNA” from his bio on Twitter. This quickly led to online speculation of Something being done with TNA and leaving the company.

Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources stated that Something still has plenty of time left on his current contract with TNA.

Sapp reported that those spoken to stated that Something’s contract currently runs through at least Summer of 2026. Sapp also reported that Something had signed a three-year deal with TNA when he returned to the company in 2023.


War Raiders Announced for GCW Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIV

Josh Barnett announced that the War Raiders (Ivar & Erik) will be making their official debut for Game Changer Wrestling at their Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIV event on August 2nd in Rutherford, New Jersey.

As noted before, this past Friday’s AAA Alianzas show in Mexico City, Mexico featured El Mesias defeating Alberto El Patron in a singles match that featured the stipulation of if El Patron lost, then he must leave AAA. Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported in a recent Q&A article that his sources stated that there is zero chance that El Patron would be brought back to WWE. One high-level official spoken to reportedly had stated “F**k no” when asked about a potential return for El Patron. Another source spoken to reportedly stated “There’s no f**king way that happens.”

WrestleCon recently announced that Matt Riddle, Sonny Onno, Real 1, Zack Clayton, Kacy Catanzaro, Lacey Kane, Lio Rush, Action Andretti, Hollyhood Haley J will be making an appearance at their WrestleCon Destination Newark event on August 1-2 in Newark, New Jersey.

West Coast Pro Wrestling recently announced that Adam Priest will be making an appearance for the company at their God Called In Sick Today event on September 5th in San Fransisco, California.
