Quetzalli Bulnes Says She Has Been Fired By AAA

In a recent new video posted on her YouTube channel, former WWE Spanish personality and host Quetzalli Bulnes stated that she was recently fired from Lucha Libre AAA.

“My firing from WWE has affected me too much. Many friends turned their backs on me and the other person (Falbak) involved didn’t tell the truth. I was alone and sick when they gave me the news, and I don’t wish it on anyone. Now I was also fired from AAA, and honestly I don’t know what to do… I don’t know whether to continue wrestling or get away from it. A part of me regrets having accepted WWE’s proposal 7 years ago, because I had everything to succeed in horror cinema: I had won an award in Los Angeles and I left everything for wrestling,” she said.”

Bulnes had joined AAA as a backstage correspondent this past August and debuted at their TripleManía XXXII event in Mexico City, Mexico.

“Filthy” Tom Lawlor Hip Replacement Surgery & Wrestling Career Future Update – Lawlor Says His Full-Time Wrestling Career Future in Doubt

As noted before, indies wrestler Filthy” Tom Lawlor has been out of action since this past July due to hip replacement and spinal-related issues and surgery.

A recent episode of The Ariel Helwani Show featured Lawlor as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Lawlor providing an update on his recovery from his hip replacement surgery.

“Almost immediately, I could stand up straight, I could lay down on my back flat which I haven’t been able to do for over a year. So, I was happy with that. Recovery seems to be going well, it’s just really slow and boring to be honest. I feel like I could do so much more but I guess that’s part of the battle is doing the recovery properly instead of at my own pace.”

Lawlor also gave his thoughts about his current doubts that he will be able to return to the ring or on a full-time wrestling basis.

“Yeah, I think there is a number of people who’ve had hip replacement [surgeries] that have gone back to wrestle. Can I? Yes. Will I? That remains to be seen. To be really honest with you, over the past few years, the juice that I’ve gotten hasn’t been worth the squeeze and when you’re left in a situation like I’ve been for the past 18 months or so, it puts things in a little bit of a different perspective. I’m sure you’ll see me in the ring again, no wrestler ever really retires, they just stop taking bookings. But, I don’t know if you’ll see it as any sort of full-time gig for me.”

“I’ve been working with DDP and DDPY Yoga and the people he’s put in my life and the work he’s put in with me. He’s a very special friend, and I encourage anybody that his programs are unbelievable. So, yeah, we’re making great progress. We got a surprise finish. The story’s not done yet, so we got a surprise finish for everybody coming up. We’re making a lot of progress. It’s real exciting.”
