IYO SKY Set to Return to Marigold for Match Against Mayu Iwatani at Grand Destiny 2025 Event This October
Marigold announced on Thursday that IYO SKY will be making a return appearance for the company next month.
It was announced that SKY will be competing in a singles match against Mayu Iwatani at their Grand Destiny 2025 event on October 26th at Ryogoku Kokugian in Tokyo, Japan.

This will be SKY’s first appearance and match in Marigold since July of 2024.
Zandokan Jr. Knee Injury Update –
Zandokan Jr. Set to Undergo Surgery
As noted before, Zandokan Jr. suffered a knee injury at last week’s CMLL 92nd Anniversaro event at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.
Dave Meltzer reported in a recent episode of the Wrestling Observer Radio that his sources stated that Zandokan Jr. is currently scheduled to undergo knee surgery soon. Meltzer reported that Zandokan Jr. is currently expected to be out of action for CMLL for a while.
Meltzer reported that prior to his injury, CMLL had been building up Zandokan Jr. over this year on him becoming one of the new big stars for the company meaning that those plans will now have to be put on pause for the time being.

Thursday’s ROH TV show on HonorClub featured Billie Starkz to the Semifinal Round of the ROH Women’s Pure Championship tournament. Starkz defeated Olympia in the Quarterfinal round. Starkz will be facing off against the winner of Serena Deeb/Yuka Sakazaki in the Semifinal Round of the ROH Women’s Pure Championship tournament.
Thursday’s ROH TV show also featured Lacey Lane, former Kayden Carter in WWE, making her official debut in Ring of Honor. Lane competed against Mina Shirakawz in an Interim ROH Women’s World Television Championship match, which was won by Shirakawa.
Thursday’s ROH TV show also featured ECW legend The Blue Meanie making a surprise appearance. During the show, The Blue Meanie was shown as the surprise guest invitee for The Frat House’s latest outdoor partying video.
As noted before, Daiki Inaba suffering a leg injury at this past Tuesday’s N-1 Victory 2025 Finals event for Pro Wrestling NOAH in Tokyo, Japan. NOAH provided an update on Thursday announcing that Inaba had suffered a dislocated right hip joint injury.
NOAH also announced that YO-HEY had suffered a left knee medial meniscus injury at this past Tuesday’s N-1 Victory 2025 Finals event in Tokyo and will be out of action for the foreseeable future.
As noted before, MIRAI recently announced that she will be leaving Marigold next month and her final match with the company will be taking place at their October 13th event in Tokyo, Japan. Marigold announced that Mirai will be competing in a consecutive one-minute singles matches against every member of their roster for her farewell match at the event.
As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash announced earlier this week that he will be undergoing a procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat. Nash provided an update this past Wednesday stating that his procedure was successful. Nash stated “Procedure went fantastic. Penis reduction was a success. Actually the strain of no longer pushing blood in the entire hog brought my heart rhythm back to normal. Thanks to everyone concerned about my well being.“
