Ace Austin Comments on His AEW Debut & Bang Bang Gang Member Status
A recent episode of the AEW Hey! (Ew) show featured Ace Austin as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Austin’s thoughts about if he had felt it was easy to earn an “#AllElite” graphic for his signing with AEW.
“I don’t want to say yes, because I’ve seen a lot of people work really hard and not get hired here.”
Austin also gave his thoughts about if he had asked for the #AllElite graphic and how he was feeling on the day of his official debut in AEW.
“No, when I showed up that, well, okay, so I did the promo Wednesday, and then when I showed up Thursday, I got pulled in a thousand directions. We need promo pictures for the graphic. We need your entrance music. We got to go over your entrance.”
Austin also gave his thoughts in a joking tone about him still waiting for the paperwork and the process to be completed to become an official member of the Bang Bang Gang.
“Yeah, we’re… there’s paperwork, you know, there’s a process.”

Kiera Hogan Confirms Her Departure from AEW & Her Potential Interest in Joining WWE
As noted before, Kiera Hogan’s profile was removed from AEW’s official roster page this past September and was believed to have departed from the company.
A recent virtual fan signing event for RDP Promotions featured Hogan as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Hogan confirming that she had left AEW.
“No. I worked at AEW until this year, and now I am a free agent.”
Hogan also gave her thoughts about if she misses being on AEW and Ring of Honor.
“Absolutely. I mean, I’m so grateful for AEW and the time that I had at AEW. Doors are never closed. Same thing with IMPACT. I know doors are never closed. I’m actually on a little bit of a break right now, because I have something coming up, but I will talk about that later. But, just know, I’m not done with wrestling. You will see me on somebody else’s screen very soon, okay? She’s not done.”
Hogan also gave her thoughts about her interest in potentially joining WWE in the future.
“I mean, never say never, right? Who’s to say I don’t go to WWE and help make it better? You know what I’m saying?… Maybe the WWE just needs some heat, and they ain’t find it yet so maybe they just waiting on me.”

Warner Bros Discovery Rejects Paramount’s Initial Acquisition Bid
As noted before, Paramount Skydance Corporation has been preparing a major bid to potentially acquire Warner Bros Discovery, current media broadcast partner of AEW.
Bloomberg reported that their sources stated that WBD recently rejected the initial acquisition offer from Paramount. It was reported that WBD officials had felt that the offer which would have been worth around $20 per share of the company was too low.
It was reported that Paramount still has several options available to complete a potential takeover purchase of WBD including raising their initial bid, contacting shareholders directly, or securing additional support from a financial partner.
