Miranda Alize & Nixon Newell Make Surprise Appearance

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show featured Miranda Alize and Nixon Newell (former Tegan Nox in WWE) making a surprise appearance.

During the show, TayJay (Tay Melo & Anna Jay) were seen backstage for an interview with Lexy Nair for some words about their upcoming tag team match in the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament. This led to Alize and Newell showing up to interrupt and after some words, they issued a challenge to TayJay for a match, which TayJay agreed.

Now part of the #AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament, @taymelo and @annajay___ give their take, but @RealNixonNewell and @MirandaAlize_ have opinions of their own!

This was Newell’s official debut appearance in AEW.

AEW World Title & AEW Tag Titles Matches Announced for AEW Full Gear 2025

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show also featured two new matches announced for the card of Full Gear 2025, which takes place on November 22nd at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

The first new match announced was an AEW World Championship match of winner of Bobby Lashley/Ricochet/HOOK/Samoa Joe vs. Hangman Adam Page (c).

The second new match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of FTR/Young Bucks/JetSpeed/Jurassic Express vs. Brodido (Brody King & Bandido) (c).
