Saturday’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah featured Jade Cargill defeating Tiffany Stratton to become the new WWE Women’s Champion.

This was Cargill’s first ever WWE Women’s Championship victory in her WWE career.
Next WWE SNME Show Announced for January 24, 2026 in Montreal
Saturday’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show also featured the announcement of the next WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show will be taking place on January 24, 2026 at the Belle Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
It was also announced that week’s WWE SmackDown show on January 23rd will also be taking place at the same venue.

Tournament Announced To Determine John Cena’s Final Opponent
Saturday’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show also featured John Cena announcing that a 16-Man tournament called “The Last Time Is Now” will be taking place starting on the November 10th WWE RAW show. Cena announced that the winner of this tournament will be the official opponent for his retirement match at the December 13th WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show.
Cena also stated that this upcoming tournament will be featuring competitors from WWE’s RAW, SmackDown, and NXT and even some competitors who don’t work in WWE.

CM Punk Wins Vacant WWE World Title
Saturday’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show also featured CM Punk defeating Jey Uso to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
This was for the vacant title after Seth Rollins had relinquished the title earlier this month due to a shoulder injury.
