Vince McMahon Sex Trafficking Lawsuit Update – Janel Grant Files Motion Of Compliance for Dr. Carlon Colker To Hand Over Discovery Items

As noted before, former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit in January of 2024 against former WWE/TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon accusing McMahon of committing sex trafficking and sexual abuse towards her during her time in the company. Grant filed a new amended lawsuit this past February detailing new evidence and claims against McMahon, John Laurinaitis, WWE, and others. Grant had also a filed petition against a WWE Wellness doctor named Carlon Colker and his clinic in July of 2024 for medical records related to her lawsuit, which was court ordered to be released this past August.

BJ Bethal reported that Grant and her attorneys had recently filed a motion of compliance before the Connecticut Superior Court against Dr. Colker. This motion reportedly is requesting for the court to force Colker to hand over discovery items being requested by Grant and her legal team.

This Bill of Discovery process has now been pending for sixteen months, and the Bill of Discovery issued on August 12, 2025, three months ago. Defendants have produced just two records—an “audit log” for Petitioner’s electronic medical file and a single text message.

Defendants have not produced Ms. Grant’s payment records, despite being directly instructed to do so at the August 11, 2025 hearing.

Following the motion filing, Grant’s representatives issued an official statement claiming that Colker and his Peak Wellness clinic have engaged in “persistent stalling tactics” that have prolonged this “deeply painful” process for Grant.

“To date, Dr. Carlon Colker and Peak Wellness have engaged in persistent stalling tactics that have only prolonged this deeply painful process for Ms. Grant, and we have respectfully asked the court to intervene and compel compliance with our Bill of Discovery request once and for all.”

The documents Grant has been requesting includes communications between Colker and his staff with McMahon or WWE, any possible travel logs, evidence related to the contents and purposes of I.V. treatments and supplements she took at Peak Wellness, policies of the clinic, and any security camera footage of Grant or McMahon on property belonging to Colker or the clinic from the time period between March 1, 2019 to May 1, 2022.
