As noted before, K&S WrestleFest had claimed that WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg had walked out of a private autograph signing event for the company that took place this past Saturday. K&S WrestleFest had claimed that Goldberg did a private signing event for another vendor and then left instead of also doing a signing event for them.
In response to K&S WrestleFest’s claims, Big Event EXS promoter Tom Unger responded clarifying the situation stating that Goldberg had been signing for fans for five hours straight and K&S was not guaranteed anything regarding Goldberg’s availability for that day. Unger also stated that he had told K&S that if they had some extra time left, then they would try to get Goldberg to sign some items for them but this was something that was not guaranteed to happen.
“no he wasn’t. He signed for the fans for 5hrs straight..Ken wasn’t guaranteed anything. I told him if we had time we would get your items done..He shouldn’t be posting this all over like the victim. This was my deal and my customers come first..Shouldn’t take mail order from all you not knowing if it was going to get done”
In a follow-up post, Unger responded to a fan who asked why Goldberg couldn’t spend another hour or two to sign items for K&S stating that was not what they had contracted Goldberg for.
Following Unger’s statement, K&S deleted their original post about the incident.
