Jake Something’s contract with TNA Wrestling is currently set to expiring much sooner than originally believed, according to Fightful Select.
It was reported that while it was originally believed that Something’s current contract with TNA was set to expire in mid-2026, their sources stated that his contract actually expires at the end of this year.
It was also reported that talks between Something and TNA officials have yet to begin but due to his contract expiring soon, negotiations between the two sides will have to start soon. Besides Something, several other talents also currently are having their contracts with TNA set to expire by the end of this year. Those with expiring contracts includes The Rascalz’ Trey Miguel & Zachary Wents, AJ Francis, and current TNA International Champion Steve Maclin.
Something has been working for TNA since July of 2023, following a prior stint from March of 2017 to March of 2022.
