WWE Reportedly Has No Plans for Adam Pearce to Wrestle
Recent weeks of WWE RAW shows have featured RAW General Manager Adam Pearce getting into verbal and physical confrontations with members of The Vision. This included Bron Breakker getting storyline suspended and later having his suspension lifted after getting physical with Pearce and Paul Heyman threatening Pearce with storyline legal action as consequences for Pearce’s recent actions against his group.
Despite the recent online speculation of Pearce potentially wrestling again, Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that WWE officials currently do not have any plans for Pearce to wrestle as part of his storyline with The Vision.
Jimmy Uso WWE Abscense Update
Jimmy Uso was noticeably absent from WWE RAW shows and live events during WWE’s recent tour of Europe. This resulted in Jey Uso coming out alone for his promo segments about The Usos’ WWE World Tag Team Championship and him declaring for the Men’s Royal Rumble.
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that the reason for Jimmy’s recent abscense is not due to any injury or health issues or past outside incidents. Instead the reason reportedly is due to an undisclosed family-related situation.
No other details were given regarding a potential return date for Jimmy.
Jade Cargill Comments on She Is Working with Booker T To Help Improve Her Wrestling Career
WWE Hall of Famer Booker T had stated in an episode of his Hall of Fame with Booker T & Brad Gilmore podcast this past September that he would be interested in helping train and work with Jade Cargill to help improve her wrestling career in WWE. Booker T stated “She’s still such a raw piece of clay that’s being molded into something special. Personally, I would love to be that sculptor, you know, as far as getting her on the right track.”
The Sun held a recent interview with Cargill. One of the topics discussed included Cargill revealing that she has been working with Booker T and they have zoom meetings together. Cargill also stated that CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and Ricky Saints have been among those who also have given her advice to help improve her career.
“CM Punk talks to me a lot. Cody [Rhodes] talks to me a lot. Ricky Saints talks to me a lot. He’s great. There’s a lot of people. Booker T, he and I sit down and we have zoom meetings as well. Yes, we do a lot of school. I’m thankful to work with him as well. There’s so many people, I don’t want to name them all, but Paul Heyman. That is my guy! Gosh, I love Paul Heyman. It was him and Stone Cold Steve Austin, I was like those are the two people I have to meet. When I met him I was like ‘listen I have to get a pic with you’ [laughs].”
