Men’s Fitness has an interview up with WWE star John Cena where he answers a variety of questions. The most entertaining answer was when Cena was asked about his most embarrassing moment in the ring adding, “Losing control of all bodily functions, intestinal and gastrointestinal in a match in Hamilton, Ontario. I had food poisoning, tried to go out there and do it, just didn’t work. [It was] coming out of every end. [Laughs] Yeah, it was rough.”

So, it seems that they did only one pyro effects during the double taping, probably to save money. Or maybe, there was a pyro problem so they weren’t able to do it twice.
