Stephanie McMahon Makes Surprise Appearance

Monday’s WWE RAW show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York featured upcoming WWE Hall of Famer Stephanie McMahon making a surprise appearance.

During the show, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes came out to the ring and after some words hyping up New York City and MSG, McMahon’s music played and came out to the ring.

McMahon proceeded to talk about Rhodes and Orton’s upcoming match at WrestleMania 42 and warned Rhodes how diabolical and dangerous Orton can be. McMahon talked about how Rhodes is not like his father and how this version of him can’t beat this version of “The Viper.”

Rhodes responded back in a heated speech about his past history with Randy and him no longer being the student to Orton being the teacher. Rhodes continued stating that he is not like his father Dusty but so is Stephanie not like her father, Vince. This led to McMahon slapping Rhodes in response and some more banter between the two that ended with Rhodes saying “thank you” to McMahon for her speech and then left.

The Vision Wins WWE World Tag Titles

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured The Vision (Austin Theory & Logan Paul) defeating The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) in a Street Fight match to become the new WWE World Tag Team Champions after getting some accidental help from IShowSpeed.

This was The Vision’s, Theory, and Paul’s first ever WWE World Tag Team Championship victory in their WWE careers.

Roxanne Perez Makes Surprise Return

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Roxanne Perez making a surprise return to WWE.

During the show, Liv Morgan came out to the ring and proceeded to run down WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer and going as far as to insult Vaquer’s mom in Spanish. This led to an angry Vaquer storming out to the ring and a brawl breaking out between the two. As Vaquer seemed to have the upperhand, Perez ran out from the crowd and attacked Vaquer from behind. This led to Perez and Morgan double teaming Vaquer that ended with Morgan hitting an Oblivion to Vaquer on a steel chair laying her out. Morgan then grabbed Vaquer’s belt and posed with it before tossing it at Vaquer’s body. Morgan and Perez then left together.

This was Perez’s first appearance since this past January’s Royal Rumble 2026 event in Saudi Arabia due to surgery to remove a benign mass in her back.

July 18th WWE SNME Show Announced for MSG

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured the announcement of WWE’s next WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show will be taking place on July 18th at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.

Finn Balor vs. Dominik Mysterio Announced for WWE WrestleMania 42

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured the first of four new matches announced for the card of WrestleMania 42.

This new match announced was a singles match of Finn Balor vs. Dominik Mysterio.

This new match was setup over recent weeks shows over Balor and Mysterio’s bad blood issues with each other. During tonight’s show, Balor gave a video promo talking about Mysterio and how he was responsible for creating Dom, so he would be responsible for destroying him at Mania.

Later in the show, it was announced that this match was made official for WrestleMania 42.

WWE Intercontinental Title Ladder Match Announced for WrestleMania 42

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured the second of four new matches announced for the card of WrestleMania 42.

This new match announced was a WWE Intercontinental Championship Ladder match of Dragon Lee vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Rusev vs. JD McDonagh vs. vs. Penta (c).

This new match was setup following a post-match interview involving Penta after he had successfully retained his title over Kofi Kingston.

Seth Rollins Medically Cleared To Compete, Gunther Appears, & Gunther vs. Rollins Set for WrestleMania 42

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one new potential match for the card of WrestleMania 42.

This new potential match is a singles match of Gunther vs. Seth Rollins.

This new potential match was setup following Paul Heyman and RAW GM Adam Pearce’s banter with each other throughout the show. This led to Heyman giving a promo in the ring that was interrupted by Pearce who told him that he should have read the email that was sent to him because it stated that Rollins was medically cleared to compete. This led to Rollins coming out from the crowd and laid out Heyman with a chair. Rollins then placed Heyman’s head on the chair and setup his curb stomp but before anything else could happen, Gunther ran out from the crowd and pulled Rollins out of the ring. Gunther then locked in a sleeper hold onto Rollins and made him pass out. Gunther then pointed to the WrestleMania sign challenging Rollins to a match at WrestleMania 42.

In a follow-up segment, Jackie Redmond was seen outside of the WWE medical room backstage waiting for an update on Rollins’ medical condition following Gunther’s attack earlier. This led to RAW GM Adam Pearce coming out and stated that Rollins is still medically cleared and he will be facing Gunther at WrestleMania.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four-way Match Announced for WrestleMania 42

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured the fourth of four new matches announced for the card of WrestleMania 42, which takes place on April 18-19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This new match announced was a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four-way match of Lyra Valkyria & Bayley vs. Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss vs. The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie Bella) vs. The Irresistible Forces (Lash Legend & Nia Jax) (c).

This new match was setup over recent weeks shows over the bad blood issues between Valkyria & Bayley, Flair & Bliss, The Irresistible Forces, and The Bella Twins. During tonight’s WWE Women’s Tag titles match between Valkyria & Bayley and The Irresistible Forces, the other two teams came out and brawled leading to the referee calling for the bell after Flair & Bliss attacked the Irresistible Forces.

Later in the show, this Fatal Four-way match was made official for WrestleMania 42.
