Young Bucks Confirm Stadium Stampede Match Was All Shot In Real Time at AEW Double or Nothing 2026

This past Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing 2026 event in Queens, New York featured Chris Jericho, The Hurt Syndicate (Shelton Benjamin & Bobby Lashley), & The Elite (Jungle Jack Perry, Kenny Omega, & The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson)) defeating The Demand (Ricochet, Toa Liona, & Bishop Kaun), Don Callis Family (Mark Davis & Andrade El Idolo), & The Dogs (Clark Connors & David Finlay) in a 14-Man Stadium Stampede match.

This match was notable for featuring some of the action that took place in several areas backstage and also outside of the Louis Armstrong Stadium venue.

The Young Bucks recently responded on Twitter about some fans speculating online that parts of the match might have not bee live and instead could have been pre-taped ahead of time. The Young Bucks stated that only the special entrance for their team was pre-taped and everything else was shot live in real time.

“Everything besides the entrances last night was shot live in real time. Kudos to the crew. We did it. Nothing but love. #StadiumStampede

Wardlow Reportedly Was Backstage at AEW Double or Nothing 2026

As noted before, Wardlow has been out of action for AEW since this past August’s Forbidden Door 2025 due to a torn pectoral injury. During his injury abscense, Wardlow was in attendance backstage at this past March’s Revolution 2026 event and also worked on the filming of the recently released American Gladiators reboot series for Amazon Prime.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Wardlow was in attendance backstage at this past Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing 2026 event in Queens, New York.

No other details were given regarding Wardlow being at the event.

Paul Wight Comments on How He Is Personally Pushing for AEW To Hold More Televised Events in United Kingdom

Sporf held a recent interview with Paul Wight. One of the topics discussed included Wight’s thoughts about how he had been personally pushing for AEW to hold more televised events in the United Kingdom.

“Literally, I just inked my deal with AEW, and we were talking about plans for AEW and making it grow, which I’m very excited about. I said, ‘man, I’m telling you, we’ve got to get to London. We’ve got to work in O2 Arena. It’d be so great for our talent. I know the UK London fans perfectly. They will absolutely love AEW and what we bring to the table. They will be massive for it. We’ve got to get into O2 Arena.’ Of course, Tony Khan being a smart billionaire, he went right around O2 Arena and went straight to Wembley Stadium and sold 80,000 plus tickets. So, well, there you go. That’s why I work for him. He’s got the big brain. So, yeah, London’s become our global destination. We’ve had great success over here. We love coming over here. I’m personally pushing to do more television over here. I know we’ve done a small one in Scotland. I want us to do more work over here. It’s just a great environment to come over here. I would love to do like a couple of week tour over here. I know the logistics are hard on that, but hit like Birmingham, Sheffield, all the places that I’ve hit over the years with those great arenas, that great environment,  cause you know, what’s the word you guys are rabid over here as far as fans go. That’s a great opportunity for AEW going forward in the future. I’m sure we’re going to explore this market much more with live events and televised events. But, you know, August 30th, that’s going to be a big one.”
