QT Marshall Injury at AEW Double or Nothing 2026 Update
This past Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing 2026 event in Queens, New York featured QT Marshall suffering an undisclosed injury during the 10-Man Tag Team match between Boom & Doom & The Conglomeration and Shane Taylor Promotions. Marshall had slipped off the top rope during the match’s finish following a spot involving The Rizzler and Big Justice splashing Vita Coco water onto The Infantry for the setup. AEW CEO Tony Khan had stated during the post-show media scrum that Marshall was okay after being checked on backstage.
Fightful Select reported that their sources spoken to backstage and around Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show stated that Marshall appeared fine after Double or Nothing.
Those spoken to reportedly also stated that Marshall currently is not expected to miss any time or upcoming bookings.
Kyle Fletcher Comments on How He Didn’t “Even Feel Like A Pro Wrestler Anymore” During His Knee Injury Recovery
As noted before, this past Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing 2026 event in Queens, New York featured Kyle Fletcher making his surprise return from injury. Prior to his return, Fletcher had been out of action since this past March due to a knee-related injury.
Fletcher recently released a new vlog on his official YouTube channel. One of the topics discussed included Fletcher’s thoughts about how he didn’t even feel like a pro wrestler anymore during his recovery from his knee injury. Fletcher also gave his thoughts about his reaction after he made his return from injury.
“It’s a very weird feeling, because everything just, you feel like you build up this moment for so long and then even two minutes even you know three minutes just feels like it goes by in the blink of an eye. That’s really what it felt like.
What just an absolute overwhelming flush of emotions. I wasn’t out for a long time, I was only out for eight weeks or two months. I didn’t even feel like a pro wrestler anymore. I felt like a dude that just stayed at home on his couch and worked out. That’s about, that’s all I did for the last two months.
So, for that to go as well as it did. Not really much more to say, I’m a little bit speechless. It feels pretty cool, man.”
