As noted before, Limitless Wrestling announced on Thursday that WWE ID talent and WWE EVOLVE Men’s Champion Aaron Rourke has been pulled from their upcoming Live at Madrid’s event on June 20 in Portland, Maine due to WWE contractual obligations issues.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Rourke’s removal from Limitless’ event was unrelated to Limitless Wrestling’s current working relationship with AEW’s MyAEW streaming service.
It was reported that the June 20th date is currently speculated to be a WWE EVOLVE taping for the possible reason why Rourke’s booking with Limitless Wrestling was pulled.
In regards to indies promotions being on MyAEW, it was reported that promoters were told by AEW that there are no restrictions on putting contracted talent from other promotions on their MyAEW service.
