Editing Out Becky Lynch’s Line To Liv Morgan About Her Sleeping with Dominik Mysterio on August 3 WWE Raw Show

As noted before, Netflix recently released an edited VOD version of the August 3rd episode of WWE RAW that featured a line being removed from Becky Lynch’s promo on the show. This line was Becky Lynch telling WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan that she is not even the greatest Women’s Champion who has slept with Dominik Mysterio in reference to Mysterio’s past relationship with Rhea Ripley in Judgement Day.

Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan reported that his sources stated that Lynch’s line that was edited out by Netflix for the VOD version of the show was not an imrpovisation and instead something that was always planned for her to say to Morgan on the show.

Brennan reported that Lynch’s exact line was in the rundown sheet for the show.

Nick Aldis’ WWE In-Ring Future Update

This past Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam 2026 Night 1 event in Minneapolis, Minnesota featured Nick Aldis competing in his first match in his WWE career, which was a singles loss to Gunther. Following the show, Aldis was reinstated as the SmackDown General Manager meaning he would not be able to wrestle again in WWE unless he relinquished his role again due to WWE’s current rules for GMs. Aldis is currently believed to be wrestling again in WWE at some point in the future and by around 2027 at the earliest.

Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that WWE officials currently do not have any creative plans for Aldis to wrestle again following his match at SummerSlam.

Meltzer reported that it is possible that Aldis could wrestle again in 2027 but WWE officials currently do not have any serious in-ring plans for Aldis at the moment.

Lexis King vs. Lucien Price Announced For Aug. 8 WWE NXT Show

WWE announced one new match for the card of next week’s WWE NXT show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

This new match announced was a singles match of Lexis King vs. Lucien Price.
