This match started off hot with Shirakawa and Vertvixen mixing it up in the ring. Shirakawa did her signature dodge, but missed with the kick as she and Vertvixen faced off. The tag to Viva was met with a tag to Aminata as the two began to trade blows. Viva took down Aminata with a hurricanrana, but Viva didn’t seeem to be affected by it. Aminata looked for her trademark the hip train, but Viva countered it into her own version of Aminata’s maneuver. That was soon met by Aminata showing Viva how it was really done.
Into the corner for Viva as Shirakawa and Viva performed the double team maneuver on Viva, followed by a Shirakawa clothesline for the near-fall. Vertvixen entered the match and delivered the snap suplex on Shirakawa. She then put Shirakawa in a compromising tree of woe position in her corner, which allowed for the slide to home plate that would make Kyle Schwarber proud. Viva and Vertvixen continued to dominate over Shirakawa, keeping her isolated from Aminata, until they couldn’t. the hot tag to Aminata allowed her to heat up as she and Shirakawa showed great chemistry.
Double stomp by Aminata on Viva for the near-fall. Viva countered Aminata’s attack as Vertvixen took out Shirakawa in the corner. In the rng, Shirakawa countered Vertvixen’s slam and hit a big boot as all four women were down and out. Tags for Shirakawa and Vertvixen, as the former hit a combo of kicks. Casadora was countered into a Blue Thunder Bomb from Vertvixen, but Aminata countered it. Viva took out Aminata on the outside, as Vertvixen looked for a high risk maneuver in the corner. Meanwhile, Aminata took Viva out of the equation as she headbutted Vertvixen in the ring, which led to Shirakawa’s Diamond DDT for the win here on Zero Hour.
Winner: Queen Aminata & Mina Shirakawa via Pinfall.

ELP put his sunglasses on the referee prior to the match before our match got underway with the Code of Honor handshake.
Technical start between ELP and Brooks with neither getting the advantage. An exchange of pins early on as ELP almost got the surprise three, but Brooks was able to kick out. Brooks got the best of ELP in the battle of chops, but a missed swing allowed ELP to capitalize with a chop of his own, followed by an acrobactic springboard hurricanrana. Brooks avoided a jumping attack from ELP, which allowed him to hit the suplex into the middle turnbuckle. The cover, but ELP kicked out. Brooks continued to dish the pain with a dropkick to a seated ELP for a two.
Brooks tried to get ELP back on his feet, but the Canadian struck with some punches to the gut. Brooks retaliated with the back elbow to the face of ELP. Brooks sent ELP into the rope ropes as he then got him with the knee to the side of his face. ELP got hit with the kick to the head from the apron to ringside by Brooks, who then hit the suicide dive. Brooks brought ELP into the ring and dropped him with the sit-down powerbomb. Cover, but ELP able to kick out a two.
ELP blocked Brooks’ suplex and got a full head of speed to dodge him and hit a springboard crossbody. Diving moonsault from ELP not enough for the three. ELP kipped up and hoisted Brooks for the Cutthroat Driver, but Brooks countered it to a brainbuster to the knees for the near-fall. Dropkick by Brooks, but ELP recovered and hit him with an enzuigiri while Brooks was perched up top. Brooks pushed ELP off the top and hit the codebreaker for a very close two. Splash by Brooks, but ELP turned that into a crucifix pin for another two-count. Seconds later, ELP got the Cutthroat Driver, but Brooks somehow kicked out at 2.999999.
ELP went to the top rope and connected with the big ELP Splash. One, two…. this one’s done.
Winner: ELP via Pinfall.

Zero Hour continued on with this high-flying triple threat showdown.
The three competitors sized one another up as the bell rang. Fox hung on to Soleil and launched himself from the springboard to take Soleil and Komander down. Fox continued that with an impressive jumping kick that sent Komander out of the ring. Soleil got sent to the apron by Fox with a kick to the head. Fox then hit a rope-assisted splash on Soleil as he then launched off of him to dive onto Komander outside the ring.
Soleil recovered and rolled under Fox”s leg to hit him with a double kick, as he then connected with a very impressive meteora. Komander entered the fray with a crossbody, as he showed his stuff with an acrobactic dodge. Komander took down Soleil with a Spanish Fly as he threw Fox out of the ring. Fox tripped up Komander, as he then took off with a dive onto Soleil on the opposite end of the ring. Soleil recovered and launched himself between the ropes to take out Komander. Soleil looked to continue it, but Komander tripped him up and then went for a big dive of his own on Fox.
In the ring, Komander went for the tightrope moonsault, but Fox moved out of the way. Fox got Soleil with a spinning suplex for the two-count. Fox and Komander dueled with forearms, but it was the former who got the upper hand. Kommander recovered and hit Fox with a quick kick into the DDT. Soleil hit Komander with the standing tornado splash, but Komander roared back with a most poisonous rana. Fox stepped back in and interecepted Komander on the top rope. He looked for an avalanche fisherman’s suplex, but Soleil countered him. Soleil flipped under Fox’s clothesline and hit an amazing tokusatsu-styled cutter on him. However, that opened him up for Komander’s tightrope 450 and the pin.
Winner: Komander via Pinfall.

Hechicero & Oliver kicked it off in the ring with some technical action. Oliver got Hechicero with a drop down kick to the back as he tagged Price in. Some nice double team as Price hit an assisted DDT on Hechicero. Cage showed off the muscle with a double clothesline on Price & Oliver. That didn’t seem to do him much good as Bustah and the Brain showed off more great teamwork to send Cage out of the ring. In the ring, Hechicero dropped Oliver face first before coming down on his back with the senton. The Don Callis Family isolated Oliver from his corner with aggressive tags and attacks to their prone foe. Oliver escaped his predicament, but Cage tagged in and took Price out of the corner. Oliver chopped at Cage’s well-chiseled chest to no avail, and he got slammed for it. Price recovered and finally got the hot tag. Big dropkick by Price on Cage followed by the springboard Blockbuster on Hechicero. The cover, but Cage broke it up.
Cage missed with the clothesline and got hit with a combination of kicks and dropkicks from Oliver, who then followed it with a big suplex on the big man. The cover, but the kickout from Cage. Oliver dropped Cage from the top rope with an avalanche X-Factor, followed by the Price splash. The cover, but Cage kicked out again.
Cage recovered and hit a Cyclone Slam on Price. Eventually, all four men entered as Cage lifted Price over his head and threw him onto Oliver outside the ring. He then followed that with a deadlift suplex from the apron. Hechicero finished this off with the finishing DDT on Price.
Winner: Don Callis Family via Pinfall.

Castle was undresssed by his Boys prior to this match.
Johnson and Truth officially kicked off our night as the bell rang. Johnson took Truth down with the shoulder block. Truth countered with the spear as all six men eventually got into the ring and we had a pier-six brawl breaking out. Christian and Lethal got sent out of the ring by the Outrunners, which led to the running start, followed by the old-school axe handle to their foes at ringside. In the ring, Johnson mistakenly tagged to the Outrunners’ corner, and that ended badly for him. Turbo dropped Johnson with the back suplex for a two-count.
Arm drag by Truth on Johnson, which led to a flying head-scissors on Lethal. Truth continued to work away on Lethal as Turbo stepped in and they looked for their Predator-inspired handshake. Johnson interrupted it as Christian got Truth with the leaping cutter. Christian kept Truth in his corner and distracted the referee, to allow Johnson to take some cheapshots on Truth. The Lethal Twist maintained their advantage by keeping Truth away from his partners.
Truth got Lethal with a boot, which allowed him to create some space for the tag. Johnson pulled Turbo from the apron before the tag could be made, which gave Christian the advantage against Truth. Lethal tagged in and got the high elbow on Truth for the two-count. Johnson tagged in and pummeled Truth with punches as The Lehtal Twist was still in command of things here. Christian went for one mocking elbow too many as he missed on the second-go around. Truth tried to reach for his partner, but Lethal quickly stopped him. Lethal did the Fargo Strut and looked for the suplex, but Truth countered that into a suplex of his own.
Truth finally got some separation, but Christian dropkicked Turbo from the apron. Truth countered Lethal’s figure-four and was able to tag Dalton Castle in. Castle took the Lethal Twist on a ride of T-Bone suplexes. Lethal Injection attempt was caught into a bridging German Suplex for a close near-fall. Scoop slam on Lethal by Castle as the Outrunners stepped in and tried for the power handshake, but Blake Christian stole Turbo’s ROH World Six-Man Tag Title belt around his waste,, this allowed for the Lethal Twist to take over. Tiger Feint kick by Christian on Truth. Hail To The King by Lethal, but Christian triped on the leg drop, which seemed to hurt him.
Truth hit the back suplex on Christian as Johnson got him with the cutter. Big boot by Castle, but the Bangarang was reversed by Lethal into the Lethal Injection. Snowplow by Magnum, meanwhile, Christian got the rollup pin on him with a rope-assisted help from Lethal to pick up the win.
Winner: The Lethal Twist via Pinfall to become the new ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions.

The early portion of the match saw SDL being forced to use all her rope breaks just to get out of Purrazzo’s moves as she introduced a steel chair into things to no success.
Purrazzo had the advantage with SDL all out of rope breaks seven minutes into the match. She fired up with the punches to the face, but SDL lifted her up on the shoulders. SDL shoved Purrazzo right into the referee, which allowed her to hit the slam for the cover… but Purrazzo used the rope to break it up. SDL took the chair in her hand and threatened to swing it. She tried for it, but it bounced off into her face. Closed fist by Purrazzo on SDL behind the ref’s back. One, two… NO! Fujiwara by Purrazzo, no dice. But, the Venus De Milo was enough to end this in Purrazzo’s favor.
Winner: Deonna Purrazzo via Submission to retain the ROH Women’s Pure Championship.
After the match, Purrazzo celebrated her win with her daughter.
ROH Women’s World Television Championship Four-way Match
Skye Blue vs. Marina Shafir vs. Zayda Steel vs. Red Velvet (c)
Jon Moxley joined the commentary team for this match.
Skye took out Steel as the bell rang. She tried to strike at Shafir, but stopped when she got a glance from her. Steel got back in and hit the jawbreaker on Shafir. The double dropkick from Velvet and Steel sent Shafir out of the ring. This left Steel and Velvet in the ring to face one another. Steel and Velvet were in a stalemate with neither woman getting the advantage. On the apron, Velvet was intercepted by Steel, who dropped her with the slingshot facebuster for a two-count. Skye and Shafir got back in and interjected themselves into the action. Shafir took Steel out of the ring while Skye and Velvet fought it out in the ring. Shafir got in and began to fight with Velvet.
The two sized one another up and got into a boxing showdown with this wrestling match turning into a CQC display. Shafir mocked Velvet’s stirring taunt and got battered with shots to the chest, which Moxley likened to being attacked by a “Toronto raccoon”. Skye stared Shafir down and began to got into a battle with her with Velvet and Steel predeposed. Steel got back in and threw Shafir out of the ring as she turned her focus on Skye. Backslide by Skye as Zayda countered with elbow strikes. A run to the ropes was intercepted by Shafir, who pulled her out of the ring and accidentally(?) threw Steel into Moxley at the commentary table. Shafir applied the half-crab on Velvet in the ring as Steel locked in the sleeper hold on Shafir. Skye broke the hold and hit the swinging neckbreaker on her. Steel recovered and went on the offensive against everyone. We then got the tower of doom with Shafr powerbombing everyone out of it in the corner.
Shafir tried to leave Steel stunned with the repeated clotheslines, but this led to Velvet using Skye as a springboard for a leaping strike. Shafir caught her on the second go, but Steel plunged from the top rope to break up the count. Steel applied the half-crab on Velvet, but Skye Blue cracked her with the ROH Women’s Television title. Sleeper hold by Shafir, but Skye hit her with the title belt. Code Blue blocked by Shafir, who then locked in the grapevine leg lock. Frog splash by Velvet onto the prone Shafir and that was enough for the three.
Winner: Red Velvet via Pinfall to retain the ROH Women’s World Television Championship.

We got underway with Shibata and Moriarty showing their technical prowess a minute into the match. Moriarty’s lateral press was turned into a high wristlock from Shibata, who kept it on tight on his championship foe. Grapevine lock by Shibata forced Moriarty to use the first of his three rope breaks.
Standing switch into a wristlock takeover by Shibata to Moriarty as the feeling-out process continued on in this early part of the match. Moriarty quickened the pace with an armdrag, followed by the Tiger-Style suplex for a near-fall. Shibata, impressed offered a handshake, but it was a sucker-kick that took Moriarty off his game. He then threw Moriarty into the ropes neck and leg-first. Shibata connected with the shinbreaker and turned it into a figure-four submission. Moriarty tried to use his strength to turn the momentum around on the hold, but Shibata kept it tight. The hold was kept tightly enough that Moriarty had no choice but to use rope break number two.
Moriarty hit Shibata with a barrage of chops, but that did little damage as the challenger hit him with a kick in the back of the shins. Moriarty responded with a back suplex as he tried to rally. The leg sweep by Moriarty led to the clothesline to the corner and the running bulldog to Shibata. Belly to belly suplex by Moriaty was held on to for the bridging pin for a two-count. Border City Stretch by Moriarty was reversed into a pin by Shibata for the two. This allowed The Wrestler to bounce back with a knee to the head of Moriarty. On the apron, Shibata dropped Moriarty face-first for the DDT onto the hardest part of the ring. The cover back in the ring, but Moriarty kicked out.
Shibata went back to the figure-four on Moriarty as the pressure was as tight as possible, which put him in the predicament of running out of rope breaks. Shibata took advantage with the basement dropkick in the corner on Moriarty. Front facelock into the hatch suplex, but Moriarty kept kicking out. Shibata missed with the PK, but he hit Moriarty in the spine wth the hard chop. Moriarty responded with a big running boot, but Shibata withstood it. This led to an exchange of running big boots, which caused Moriarty to hit the Nigel McGuinness-style rebound lariat for the near-fall. Border City Stretch reversed into the sleeper hold, as the rope breaks weren’t available for him. Moriarty sent Shibata out of the ring and hit suicide dive. In the ring, Moriarty stumbled on the springboard thanks to the hurt leg, but he grazed Shibata.
Roll-up turned into a sleeper hold by Moriarty. Shibata escaped and got the sleeper of his own. The roll-up again, but Moriarty got the stacking pin for the three.
Winner: Lee Moriarty via Pinfall to retain the ROH Pure Championship.

We were off to the races with the Kingdom and Guevara/Mortos attacking Sky Team and Top Flight. The chaos spilled out of the ring as Muertos worked over Dorada in the corner. The Martins recovered and launched onto The Kingdom at ringsie with a dive. As the match got underway, Taven and Darius got the action going. Leaping clothesine into the corner by Darius was followed by the suplex on Taven. Dante tagged in and hit the standing moonsault on Taven. Bennett tagged in and didn’t do much as Top Flight maintained control in this match. Facebuster by Dante onto Darius’s knees to Taven.
Bennett and Taven got into a disagreement with some advice from “Sparta”, which led to Mortos being tagged in and a very loud “A.I. Sucks” chant from the Philly crowd. Guevara tagged in, but Mortos joined in again. Mortos winded up and tagged Guevara in. More silly tagging antics, but Darius clearly had enough of it. Flip by Guevara led to Darius hitting the big dropkick. Taven whisepered some advice, which seemed to be tagging Mistico into the match. Crossbody from Mistico as he and Darius got into it with a stalemate. Mascara Dorada tagged in and faced off with Dante.
Dorada dodged Dante in the corner and hit the handspring. Dante matched him with a dodge of his own. Casadora by Dante reversed into a double kick from Dorada. Mortos and Guevara tried to get into the match but ate superkicks. The Kingdom also got involved as Sky Team took them out. Mortos showed off his flight capabilities with a suicide dive on Mistico & Dorada to the outside. Guevara hit the neckbreaker into the DDT on both Martins, which led to the diving shooting star to everyone at ringside.
Back in the ring, Dante was caught in a Torture Rack Backbreaker and the clothesline from Mortos for the near-fall. Mortos tagged Taven in, which led to the Kingdom connecting with the Proton Pack on Dante for the two-count. Bennett’s AI buddy had poor service, which couldn’t provide any sort of advice. Meanwhile, Guevara and Mortos had Dante for the assisted lawndart cutter. Pop-up Samoan Drop by Mortos got the near-fall. Guevara grabbed at Darius from the apron as Taven sized up Dante in the ring. Missed with the moonsault led to an incredible acrobatic dodge from Dante and the tag to Mistico. The legend hit the kick on Taven, followed by the high crossbody. Body scissors by Mistico as Dorada tagged in. Bennett stepped in and hit the incredible springboard rana on Bennett. Mistico and Guevara tagged in as the former hit the big arm drag from the top rope.
Flying headscissors takeover from Mistico, but Mortos hit Dorada with the headbutt. On the top rope, Dorada had Mortos for a high-risk move, but he got pushed to the mat for a near-fall. Dorada got the around-the-world headscissors on Mortos as the Kingdom entered the match on the tag. Dorada was sent out of the ring after Bennett parted the ropes, which caused him crashing out. The action got hot outside the ring as Taven took off with the big crossbody. The Kingdom with the doomsday kick from the apron as chaos took over. in the ring, Spicolli Driver by Taven, as The Kingdom and Mortos/Guevara teamed up to pick apart Dorada. Ian Riccaboni took some nice shot at AI on commentary, calling it a waste of time and a waste of experience. The Martins and Sky Team then used simultaneous diving attacks to take out their opposite numbers on the outside.
In the ring, Top Flight and Sky Team fought it out. Crossbody by Dorada on Dante as Mistico had Dante in a prone position for the La Mistica from the top rope. The cover, and this amazing match is done.
Winner: El Sky Team via Pinfall to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship.
After the match, the Don Callis Family attacked as the heel teams seemed to work together. The babyface teams of ROH stepped in to even the odds and it spilled into total chaos.

This was a “Play-In” match with the winner moving on to face Claudio Castagnoli tomorrow night on Collision to replace the injured Eddie Kingston.
Priest and Garcia stared one another down as they paced the ring upon the bell ringing. Priest showed his stuff with a side headlock and an attempted suplex. The rope break allowed for Garcia to push Priest away as the two continued their technical start. Garcia took over with the shoulder block, but that only got him a dropkick from Priest. In the corner, Priest hit Garcia with a chop, then the European uppercut. Priest’s momentum was stalled by a shot to the gut by Garcia. Chop th the chest from Garcia was met with the chop block from Priest. Single-leg crab from Priest was broken up by way of a Garcia rope break. On the top rope, Garcia seized upon the hurt leg of Priest and dropped it across the ropes. He then drove it onto the ring post and the apron.
Garcia applied a reverse deathlock on Priest, with the damage to the legs evident as ever. Garcia held on ot the ankle lock and drove the knees to the back of the leg of his foe. Garcia choked at Priest with his foot in the corner. On the opposite end of the ring, Garcia got the ten punches on Priest, but refused to hit the tenth one. That gave Priest a bit of room to close the distance with a snap suplex. On the apron, Priest and Garcia dueled until the latter hit the dragon screw leg whip to the ropes. Priest then hit the stalling suplex on Garcia. Priest got up and hit another dragon screw on Garcia, as turnabout was fair play. Garcia got the double kicks on Priest and turned itt into a sleeper. He transitioned it into an armbar. That got turned into an ankle lock with a foot to the back of Priest’s head. A rope break forced the hold to be broken.
Garcia took time to mock Priest as he hit him with the chop to the chest. Another chop was followed by more as Priest grabbed on to his foe’s leg. This led to an exchange of strikes until Garcia went fo rthe choke. The chops as Garcia tried to run, but his leg was too damaged. That opened him up for the clothesline by Priest. Garcia found himself locked into the figure-four, but he reversed the pressure to hurt Priest. The hold was still locked on as the two rolled out of the ring. the two remained in the submission as they rolled up to the ramp. As the referee counted to seven, the two men hobbled up to the ringside area. Garcia pushed Priest into the steps, but that wasn’t enough to keep him down as he made it in time.
Both men got to their feet and began to hit one another in their legs. Priest hit the piledriver for the two-count as he then hit the single crab. Garcia was dragged into the middle of the ring, but he escaped and hit the drop down to trip up Priest. Hammering elbows from Garcia, but Priest escaped with a snapmare. Side headlock takeover from Garcia led to the hammering elbows to the knees of Priest as he locked in the Dragon Tamer. He cinched in even further and forced the tapout. One hell of a match.

Andretti started off by hitting Lio with a hard right to the face. Lio responded by choking him with both hands. Both men symmetrically dodged one another and stared each other down. Lio rolled out of the ring and decided to look for a weapon. Andretti hit him with a kick from the stairs as he followed it with chops to the chest and a throw to the barricade.
While Andretti searched for weapons, Lio, dressed as Sabu, blocked the steel broom shot. The tug of war ended with Andretti sending Lio into the ring post. Andretti showed us how not to use a broom as he broke the steel-plated broom over the back of Rush with a shot. Lio blocked the shot of broom and answered with some strikes of his own to the ribs and back of Andretti. Lio struck out with the shot of the broom with a swing and a miss, as Andretti got him with the kick. Andretti used thebroom to try and choke out Lio with it.
Outside the ring, Andretti brought more weapons, including a dustpan and another broom that he threw and hit Lio with. A table was introduced, but brought back, to the fans’ dismay. Lio got him with the handspring kick, followed by the shot with the dustpan. With an umbrella in hand, Lio turned into an extreme Mary Poppins with the dive onto Andretti. Lio found a hook and tried to choke Andretti with it. He then introduced the the table into the proceedings as things turned extreme in the former home of ECW. Andretti hit Lio with a cheap shot and was about to slam him through the table. A rake of the eyes saved Lio as he then speared Andretti through the table! The cover, but Andretti kicked out at two.
Lio grabbed a shovel and drove it into the throat of Andretti. Trashcan to the face by Lio to Andretti kept the pain train going for the challenger. Lio brought two chairs into the ring as he threw one to Andretti’s face Somehow, that first chair was standing on its side in front of Andretti. Lio threw the second chair. With a new chair set in a sitting position, Andretti leapt up and hit Lio with the clothesline. Spicolli Driver onto the chair bent it astray, but only a two-count out of it. Andrett set the chair up in between the turnbuckles, as he then threw Lio right into it, which sent him crashing into the twisted metal of the steel chair.
Andretti’s hair was grabbed by Lio, as he threw him into the apron. That was followed by the trash can lid to the face. Lio pulled out a table that was all-black. He got on the apron and dragged Andretti to that dangerous table area. Andretti reversed it and looked for the Spicolli Driver. Lio hit the cutter as he did his Blackheart run before clearing the table with the suicide dive to the outside! Lio pulled a black box as his face was showing some color. He got a black chain as Andretti took hold of it. Lio pulled on the chain to send Andretti into the ropes painfully. Lio pulled a bright red door from the ring as he hit the Sabu-style leg drop with the trashcan lid. Lio got black glass and spilled it all over the ring. He grabbed Andretti and lacerated his forehead with the piece of glass. Lio then picked up the shards of glass before he decided to just use the big broom to mop it up.
Outside the ring, Lio slammed Andretti onto the black-hued table repeatedly before he placed him on it. Lio took the barbed wire-covered chair and smacked it across Andretti’s chest. Lio then headed up top, but Andretti threw the chair into the face of Lio. Andretti looked for his move, but Lio reversed it. Andretti then hit him with a combination of kicks. Lio recovered with a throw of trash can lids. The basement stunner from Lio was countered by Andretti, who tried to lift him up. Andretti’s cutter was blocked and and he hit the basement stunner. The Deep Cut submission was locked in, but the lights went out. As the lights turned back on, HOOK was in the ring. HOOK threw Lio with a suplex into the glass! HOOK got involved, but he was sent into the red door instead! Anthony Bowens ran in and helped HOOK place Lio onto the black table. Andretti launched himself from the top rope for the 450 through the table!
The Opps dragged Lio’s body back into the rng as Andretti went for the cover… One…. NO~! Lio Rush somehow kicked out at one. Andretti threw Lio into the red door as he was driven into the barbed wire, followed by Lights Camera Action for the three. Certainly a hell of a match.

After the match, Lio looked at the black box and opened it. It was a Black Heart that he took a drink out of, with the black liquid pooring freely from his mouth.

Our main event kicked Hazuki countering Athena early and meeting her with punches to the face. Hazuki went for a suplex, but Athena countered it. The side headlock takeover failed from Hazuki as Athena landed on her feet. The handshake, but Athena went for a punch. Hazuki dodged and sent Athena out of the ring with a headbutt. Athena threw a tantrum at ringside as Hazuki remained cool in the ring.
In the ring, it was a stalemate in technical wrestling as Athena and Hazuki ccouldn’t get the advantage over the other. Hazuki messed with Athena with the Greco-Roman Knuckle lock fakeout, but Athena took her down wth an armdrag. Athena then hit Hazuki with the cheapshot. Hazuki blocked Athena’s headscissors attempt and hit her with a strike. Athena got taken for a ride with running neck twist, followed by the dropkick. This led to Billie Starkz and Diamante showing up to maybe provide a distraction to Hazuki. The headscsissors by Hazuki got turned into an Athena facebuster for a two-count.
Athena hit Hazuk with a hard elbow to the face as she choked her with the foot. With referee Mike Posey distracted, Billie Starkz attacked Hazuki. Athena went for the pin, but couldn’t get the three, much less a two count. Athena applied the hammerlock stretch on Hazuki before she planted her on the mat. Hazuki recovered and began to try and turn the tide with some hard forearms to the base of Athena’s face. The two exchanged running elbows as Athena’s German Suplex saw Hazuki land on her feet. Athena put Hazuki on her shoulders and rolled out to the apron, while still holding on to Hazuki. This led to a rough-looking slam to the ground, then a throw to a char on the outside. At ringside, Starkz and Diamante checked up on Athena as the twenty-count lingered on. Hazuki got out of the apron and the Minions shooed her away as they checked up on Athena. Starkz and Diamante lifted Athena back into the ring before the twenty-count.
Hazuki got a full head of speed with the back elbow in the corner, followed by the tornado DDT on Athena. The cover, but the foot on the rope stopped the count. Hazuki facewashed Athena with erh boot, but got met with a kick to the gut. On the apron, Athena threw Hazuki for the powerslam right on the hard apron! Athena dragged Hazuki back into the ring nnd lifted her up for the pop-up powerslam for a near-fall. On the top rope, Hazuki fought out of Athena’s attempted avalanche electric chair drop and turned it into an avalanche crucifix bomb instead! The cover, but Athena was able to kick out at 2.99999999!
Both women struggled to their feet and exchanged hard forearm shots. Hazuki unloaded with a barrage of forearms, and got the hurricanrana on her champion foe. Athena tried to beg off, but Hazuki would have none of it. Back suplex countered and a pump kick from Athena left Hazuki down. Hazuki got back on her feet and hit a spike DDT onto the apron to Athena. She headed up top and hit the shotgun dropkick. Knees to the chest of Athena as she was trapped in the corner for the Codebreaker. The cover by Hazuki, but that was somehow not enough.
Floatover by Athena led to the fisherwoman’s facebuster. The cover, but Hazuki kicked out. Athena locked in the Koji Clutch, as Hazuki reversed it into a near-fall pin. Athena had Hazuki in position for the stomp, but that was reversed and the crossface was locked in by the challenger. Athena broke out of it with a rope break, but that only got her a running boot to the face that sent her ccrashing to ringside. With a full head of steam, Hazuki went for a dive, but Athena intercepted with a kick. This allowed Athena to slam her on the barricade. Athena then took Hazuki up the entrance ramp and looked for a slam. Hazuki reversed it and hit the elbow to the face. Powerbomb countered and Hazuki slammed Athena with the fisherwoman’s suplex on the ramp!
The action made its way back to ringside as Athena got absolutely thrown into the ringpost by Hazuki. In the ring, Hazuki headed to the top rope and hit the senton. One, two…. 2.999999999~! Hazuki tried to lift her up as the Minions got involved and Mike Posey got himself knocked out. Starkz and Diamante attacked Hazuki 2-on-1, but they got hit with the double Codebreaker. Double dropkicks and the two-for-one suicide dive to the Minions wiped them out. In the ring, Athena got Hazuki with the stomp to the mat, but that wasn’t enough. Tombstone by Athena, but Hazuki somehow kicked out at two again. The action literally spilled to the broadcast position with Athena clearing the commentary table. When Caprice Coleman tried to step in, he got taken out by Athena. She then took Hazuki and put her on the shoulders for a slam. Hazuki countered and instea hit her with the elevated DDT. Hazuki planted Athena on the table and headed to the top rope. Big splash on the table that barely broke it! Back in the ring, Hazuki lifted Athena up for the sheer drop brain buster. One, two…. NO!!!!!!!!!!!
Hazuki found herself on the apron and planted with the cutter over the top rope by Athena. She then connected with the big O-Face from the apron to the outside. Then came one final O-Face and that’s it, over. Athena retains in a hell of a main event.
Winner: Athena via Pinfall to retain the ROH Women’s World Championship.
After the match, Athena appeared to show some respect to Hazuki to cap off a five-star night of Ring of Honor action.
