Tessa Blanchard Announced for 9/12 CMLL Show, Blanchard Longer Appearing For MLW

As noted before, former TNA and current CMLL talent Tessa Blanchard recently claimed that she had signed a contract with Major League Wrestling. Blanchard was scheduled to make her official debut appearance for MLW at this year’s Fightland event and MLW Fusion tapings on September 12 in Charleston, South Carolina. CMLL recently clarified that Blanchard’s status with MLW is only limited to her scheduled appearance. Following CMLL’s announcement, MLW had scrubbed all mentions of Blanchard from their website and removed her profile from their roster page which quickly fueled online speculation of her no longer making her scheduled appearance for MLW.

CMLL announced that Blanchard will be appearing at their Sabados De Coliseo show on September 12 at the Arena Coliseo in Mexico City, Mexico.

It was announced that Blanchard will be competing in a singles match against Starlight Kid at the show.

This is the same date as MLW’s upcoming Fightland 2026 event and would officially confirm that she will no longer be appearing for MLW.
