Stephanie Vaquer was out of action for WWE from this past April until this past August due to a shoulder injury. Vaquer made her return from injury on the August 3rd episode of WWE RAW.
Rueda en la Ring held a recent interview with current WWE Women’s World Champion Vaquer. One of the topics discussed included Vaquer revealing that she had underwent surgery during her time away from WWE earlier this year.
“It was very difficult because coming out of surgery and having to wait without training, that was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life. Not being active in my training, but I when I returned to the ring, and I stepped back into a ring felt like coming back to life for me. It was a needed break for the sake of my health, but I am back better than ever and I’m going to keep going just as always disciplined in my training and showing what I’m made of.”
Vaquer did not provided any other details regarding the nature and severity of her injury nor surgery.
