» To follow up on JBL and Ohio Valley Wrestling, what went down was Danny Davis lost the TV because the CW affiliate increased the weekly cost of the hour to $2,000 and Davis had to spend $40,000 to upgrade the arena and was about to go under. JBL then stepped in as the official sponsor to help pay for the TV, which originally they all agreed to keep it a secret and then JBL went ahead and announced it on WWE.com in a blog for the WWE Universe social networking website. The main plan to turn the promotion around is to run MMA events, which Davis announced recently. There is already an MMA promotion in the area that generally draws 800 to 900 fans per show.
» WWE currently has 40 men and three women in Florida Championship Wrestling, the company’s developmental territory. The goal was to have 70 in developmental, although the general opinion was it would be too many in one place to learn. There are many second generation talent in developmental right now including Brett DiBiase, Dakota Darsow, Joe Hennig, Taylor Rotunda, Tevita Fifita (son of Haku), Wes Brisco and Windham Rotunda (who is wrestling as Tank Mulligan).
