The Early Word On Maryse’s WWE Release

As noted earlier, WWE announced Friday the release of former Divas Champion Maryse. Maryse had not appeared on television since July due to abdominal hernia surgery. She stated recently that she expected to return to action in the near future.

Before everyone gets all worked up and blames WWE, it should be noted that the early word going around on the release of Maryse is that she requested it but that’s not confirmed. Maryse noted on Twitter that she was going out to have a “release” party tonight at club Trousdale in Hollywood and her boyfriend WWE Superstar The Miz added that he would be joining her.
