During AfterBuzz.com’s post-show for Monday’s RAW SuperShow, SmackDown ring announcer Lilian Garcia’s husband Chris Jozeph mentioned in passing that Evan Bourne is in rehab when the topic of tag team partner Kofi Kingston’s match against The Miz was brought up. If this is true, it’s likely a last-ditch effort to save his job.
WWE announced on Jan. 17 that Bourne had been suspended for 60 days for his second violation of the company’s Talent Wellness Program. The RAW Superstar then went on Twitter to apologize to fans for his misdeed.
“Sorry y’all. Sometimes we become our own worst enemy,” he tweeted.
It should be noted that we can’t confirm if Bourne is in rehab as of this writing so take this for what it’s worth.
Is WWE still going to *FIRE* Evan Bourne?, DETAILS HERE [>>]!!
