Hornswoggle To Star In Leprechaun: Origins

WWE has announced that Hornswoggle will play the lead in Leprechaun: Origins. The company announced the news on WWE.com, with the news being broken on Twitter after Hornswoggle played “Hide and Tweet” at WrestleMania Axxess. Hornswoggle tweeted:

The #swogglesecret that I’ve been hinting at all week is that in March 2013 I will be starring in Leprechaun:Origins by WWE Studios!!!

As previously reported, WWE Studios is teaming with Lionsgate for the film, which reboots the Leprechaun horror franchise that starred Warwick Davis. Davis has come out against the idea of a reboot.
