Due to the company going overseas to tour, the company will tape Smackdown and ECW tomorrow in Fresno, California, and then another week of ECW and Smackdown on Wednesday night in Bakersfield, California.
Muscle Flex sent out a press release today, discussing that they will enforce their trademark “In The Raw” against WWE. Muscle Flex has successfully defended the “In The Raw” trademark previously against WWE in Federal Court. In 2008, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) Opposition Board issued its final decision with respect to the WWE Canadian trademark application for “RAW.” They stated that there was “confusing similarities and no distinctiveness” from the “In The Raw” trademark that Muscle Flex is completing the acquisition of this year.
