Christian Arrives Backstage At Slammiversary (Photo) + More

— During her recent TNA conference call, TNA President Dixie Carter stated that right now Spike TV has committed to 12 live iMPACT! Wrestling events between now and 8/16. Carter is trying to get that stretched out to 8/23 to avoid flying in a crew for a single taping on 8/20 for the 8/23 show to save on money.

— Dixie Carter just tweeted a photo of former TNA and current WWE star Christian backstage at Slammiversary. The photo shows Christian talking with Robert Roode inside the arena. If you’re interested, you can click here to view it. There is still no word on if he’ll be appearing live or if they are shooting something backstage for a DVD. More as we get it.
