Update On Piper & ‘Animal’ At 1,000th RAW, RAW Trends

— Roddy Piper posted the following, discussing whether or not he will appear at the 1,000th RAW… “If I go to Raw’s 1000th episode I’m not doing lame work. Let me roll Vince. I’ll show them why Raw’s the longest running show!” As noted earlier, Piper is confirmed for next week’s show.

— Road Warrior Animal has been telling his Twitter followers to petition WWE for him to appear at next week’s 1,000th RAW event. That likely means he has not been contacted to appear.

— REMINDER: Former WWE star and “Cryme Tyme” member Shad Gaspard will be appearing LIVE on tonight’s edition of WZR Radio. The show airs LIVE from 8-10EST. — As reported earlier, a wedding ceremony is scheduled for next week’s unprecedented 1000th episode of RAW. Following their victory over The Miz and Eve, Daniel Bryan admitted to his tag team partner, “AJ, I love you.” He then got down on one knee and proposed to the small-framed wrestler. An emotional AJ said “yes.” The two embraced and led fans to chant “Yes!” to news of their momentous occasion. Both wrestlers then announced on Twitter, “In celebration of our recent engagement, (@WWEDanielBryan and @WWEAJLee) and I cordially invite you to our wedding ceremony next week LIVE during ‪#Raw1000‬.”
