TNA officials and Scott Steiner are set for a court hearing on October 26 in Nashville, Tennessee per the court records.
The hearing will be based on Steiner filing a counter-suit against TNA. TNA initially filed a formal complaint against Steiner in June in order to prevent him from speaking out against TNA, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff.
Steiner then filed his counter-suit on September 10 against TNA Wrestling. This was followed by TNA filing a motion to dismiss the counter-suit on October 9. The court date on October 26 will go through the formal process of hearing TNA’s request to dismiss the counter-suit.
