CM Punk’s Reaction To Not Main Eventing WrestleMania, DiBiase

— A lot of people would be satisfied to just be on the main card for the biggest wrestling event of the year, but CM Punk isn’t like a lot of people. He takes a lot more pride in his work than that. The former WWE Heavyweight Champion openly admits that he would much rather be in the main event of WrestleMania 29. Punk said:

“I’m hung up on going on last, being the main event on WrestleMania. There’s all sorts of people who will tell you ‘You’re wrestling the Undertaker and maybe that’s bigger than the title, bigger than going on last and there’s a difference between the main event and the last match.’ It’s just been ingrained into me. Ever since I was a kid I wanted to be in the main event at WrestleMania.”

— Ted DiBiase told fans at WrestleMania AXXESS on Thursday that he is still working through his hand injury and anxious to get back on the roster.
