— Bayou Buzz reports that the trial for a young Louisiana boy who allegedly killed his five year-old half-sister with wrestling moves has been delayed. The trial was pushed out while an appellette judge decides wither Armstrong Devalons’ confession should be admissible in court. The defense attorney had convinced the judge to suppress the admission and prosecutors are asked the state 5th Circuit Court of Appeal to overrule the decision.,
Devalons was scheduled to go to trial today in the case, in which his half-sister died after sustaining included broken ribs, a lacerated liver and internal bleeding on June 16th. The boy was reportedly mimicking moves he saw on WWE television.
