WWE ‘Tribute To The Troops’ Tapings, ‘Piggy’ James Backstage Joke

After RAW finishes on November 30th next week, the talent will head to the Middle East to tape the annual Tribute To The Troops show. The show will again air on NBC as a one hour special. Due to this, Smackdown will be taped this Sunday in Hampton, Virginia.

WWE returns to the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for Monday Night Raw on March 1st, 2010. Tickets will go on sale January 16th at 10AM.

Cablefax Magazine has recognized Stephanie McMahon, WWE’s COO Donna Goldsmith and Michelle Wilson, the Executive Vice President of Marketing as some of the Most Powerful Women in Cable for 2009.

There were a lot of people within WWE upset about the “Piggy James” segment on this past Friday’s SmackDown where fun was poked at Mickie James. Management has been down on James due to what they perceive to be her “letting herself go” and the locker room didn’t find it as funny as Vince probably did.
