— UPDATE: WWE SmackDown drew a 2.15 (2.2) cable rating, down 1% from last week’s 2.18.

— ORIGINAL: Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown drew 3.20 million viewers and an 0.9 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are up 6% and a tenth from 3.03 million and a 0.8 the week before.

The show’s numbers are especially good considering they were up against the opening ceremony of the Olympics, which did 31.74 million viewers.

— Layla wrote the following on Instagram, denying rumors that she won’t be returning to the ring:
