According to InForum.com, 62 year old Buck Zumhofe denied allegations of molesting a close female relative when he testified in court yesterday. Defense attorney Carter Greiner questioned Zumhofe, who denied the previous testimony by the woman, saying he never had sexual contact or engaged in any other inappropriate actions with her.
Last year, Zumofe was arrested and then charged with six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, all against a female member of his family, starting back when she was 15 years old and living with him.
The trial is still ongoing.
