Backstage Update – The Shield’s Babyface Turn

As we previously reported, the plan for the future of The Shield is for Roman Reigns to split off as a solo babyface star while Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins remain a heel tag team.

According to sources, the group turned face on RAW so that the New Age Outlaws could work with them before The Shield breaks up.

WWE also wants to get the team over as faces to help Reigns get over as face for when he splits with the other two. The plan will be for Rollins and Ambrose to turn on Reigns.
