UPDATE: As noted late last night here on the website, the story that Paul Heyman told on RAW about Taker collapsing backstage after his WrestleMania match was almost 100% truth.
As previously reported, ‘Taker had to go to the hospital following the match and Vince McMahon rode in the ambulance with him. Taker was held overnight for observation after being diagnosed with a pretty major concussion. When released from the hospital, Taker had a very stiff neck and was walking around with “a profound limp.”
ORIGINAL: It was previously reported that the Undertaker was injured during his WrestleMania 30 match with Brock Lesnar. While a neck injury was speculated, it was announced that he did suffer a concussion. It is now being reported that The Undertaker had issues during the match due to the concussion, and was described as having no idea what they were doing in the ring, leaving him to rely on Lesnar to carry the match.
In regards to the future of The Undertaker, it is unknown if it was his final WWE match, but many believe that it is.
