Upcoming New Content for WWE Network

WWE announced August’s batch of new content for the WWE Network includes two new Table For 3 episodes, the Mae Young Classic, and more “Hidden Gems.”

In regards to the Table For 3 series, a new episode with Sean Waltman, Diamond Dallas Page, and Scott Hall as guests will air after next week’s RAW. Another new episode with Sting, Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat as guests will be airing on August 14th.

In regards to live events, SummerSlam, NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III, and the Mae Young Classic will all during this month.

Another wave of matches for the “Hidden Gems” collection was also announced be arriving this month.


More WWE Talent to Appear at PROGRESS’ NYC August Show

As previously reported, PROGRESS announced both Pete Dunn and Jack Gallagher will be wrestling at their upcoming NYC show on August 12th. Dunn will be defending his United Kingdom championship in a match against Gallagher.

PROGRESS also announced WWE UK’s Trent Seven and Tyler Bate will be making an appearance for their NYC show. Seven and Bate will be defending their PROGRESS Tag Team Championship against Travis Banks and TK Cooper.


Another Wrestler Leaves GFW

Besides Davey Richards and Matt Morgan, another wrestler has recently left Global Force Wrestling within the past week.

Brandi Rhodes is reported to have left the company based on a recent roster update made by GFW to their Impact Wrestling website. She was not listed on their alumni section and her profile was completely removed from site.

Rhodes signed a deal with Impact/GFW last September and made her last appearance for Impact Wrestling in April competing in a #1 Contender’s Gauntlet Battle Royale match for the Knockouts Championship.

While Rhodes has yet to make an official statement, she made her in-ring debut for Ring of Honor last Saturday in a tag match with Sumie Sakai against Mandy Leon and Jenny Rose.
