In-Ring: Shane McMahon, The New Day, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn

Shane McMahon opened the episode and ran down the card for the night. He announced that Daniel Bryan would be back next week, then The New Day came down to the ring. They talked about their appearance at Raw last night, which brought out Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and led to Zayn vs. Kofi Kingston being made.

Kofi Kingston defeated Sami Zayn

Backstage: Jinder Mahal

Jinder Mahal did an interview saying he’s going to defeat AJ Styles tonight and Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series.

Another Bludgeon Brothers vignette aired.

Randy Orton defeated Rusev

Orton pinned him after hitting an RKO. Rusev would have joined SmackDown’s Survivor Series team if he won.

Becky Lynch defeated James Ellsworth

Charlotte Flair, Naomi, Carmella, Lana, and Tamina were all out for this. Lynch and Ellsworth actually had a match, though there was obviously comedy. Carmella kicked Ellsworth after he lost.

It was announced that Natalya would defend her title against Charlotte next week.

Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable defeated SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos by countout

With the countout finish, the titles didn’t change hands here.

Baron Corbin will defend his United States title against Sin Cara next week, plus The New Day will face Owens & Zayn.

AJ Styles defeated Jinder Mahal to win the WWE Championship

Styles got a huge reaction for winning. There was a near fall where Mahal caught Styles with the Khallas, but Styles got his foot on the ropes. Styles won clean with the Phenomenal Forearm.
