Yet Another WWE Release, Plus Loads More News & Notes

WWE has released developmental talent Jon Cutler. Cutler wrestled as “Prime Cut” Jon Cutler in developmental. He has been under contract since 2008. Cutler joins Maverick Darsow and Lupe Santiago as recently released WWE developmental talents.

At the Pittsburgh Penguins game last night, Tyler Kennedy scored the go ahead goal and the place came unglued. After the goal, they played a clip of former WWE star Ken Kennedy doing the “Kennedy…Kennedy” line, which everyone yelled along with.

Mark Briscoe will return to ROH at the June 19th and 20th TV Tapings. He had been out due to knee surgery and just got a clean bill of health.

Due to Ric Flair stepping down as ROH Ambassador, he will now be the “ring side official” for the June 13th ROH title bout between Jerry Lynn and Austin Aries.

The next ROH TV tapings will be on the following dates:

* June 19th
* June 20th
* August 29th
* August 29th
