The New Year’s Eve Knockout special will feature a tournament.
TNA has a billboard up in Times Square promoting the January 4th iMPACT!. The billboard is above the ABC studios in a spot usually reserved by Viacom, and also the same place that UFC PPVs are promoted. For those who have not seen the billboard yet, click here to view it.
Tiger Hatori has been sent by New Japan Pro Wrestling to the 3D Wrestling Academy to scout talent.
Here is what has been announced thus far for the TNA Final Resolution card:
* Elimination Match: Team 3-D, Rhino and Jesse Neal vs. Matt Morgan, Hernandez, Pope D’Angelo Dinero and Suicide (Due to losing on Impact, Hernandez has to go the first five minutes alone. If he is pinned in that time, his team loses.)
* Feast or Fired Battle Royal: Beer Money, Kevin Nash, Jay Lethal, Consequences Creed, Cody Deaner, Samoa Joe, Sheik Abdul Bashir, Kiyoshi and Homicide
* Last Man Standing Match: Bobby Lashley vs. Scott Steiner
* Knockouts Title Match: ODB © vs. Tara
* Three Degrees Of Pain Cage Match: Kurt Angle vs. Desmond Wolfe
